Job description

We are looking for an individuals who are great communicators and able to quickly build rapport with young people. You will be committed to ensuring every individual child receives the care, support and guidance they need to thrive and be the best they can be. We’re also looking for the following: Proactive in resolving any concerns with young people and their families, in line with school procedures Excellent listening skills, tact and diplomacy Great team player Able to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
