Job description

Abbots Green Academy Learning Support Assistant Start Date: September 2026 Contract Type: Part time, Permanent - 32.5 hours per week, 37weeks per year. Working hours: (8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday- Friday) Salary: Grade 3 SP 4-6 (fte £25,185 - £25,989 / Actual £18,073 - £18,650 per annum) We are seeking to appoint a committed Learning Support Assistant to support learning. We are looking to appoint someone who: is child focused has a passion for education. can inspire a love of learning and nurture success. has high expectations of themselves and the children they work with is highly motivated and willing to help the school on its journey of improvement. We are part of the Unity Schools Partnership with other primary, secondary, middle and Special schools.
