Job description

We are looking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join our bank of casual staff covering classes from Nursery to Year 2. The successful candidate will: have a high level of empathy and compassion; have the ability to form positive relationships with colleagues and children; feel confident in supporting good SEN practice in the classroom; remain calm in challenging situations and work closely as part of a team; have an understanding of trauma informed practice; liaise with and report to the class teacher and SENCo; support the schools' vision, ethos and values; have a good sense of humour!
