LUNCHTIME SUPERVISOR 6.25 hrs. per week, £12.65 per hour, 38 weeks per year (term time only) INTRODUCTION TO THE SCHOOL William Shrewsbury Primary School is an amazing place to work. As a Lunchtime Supervisor you will: Supervise pupils during lunch breaks in the dining hall, playground, and other areas. Encourage positive play and social interaction. Promote good behaviour and follow school policies. Build strong, trusting connections with pupils to promote emotional wellbeing and a sense of belonging. Support the school’s culture and values by modelling respectful, kind and calm communication. Assist with setting up and clearing the dining area as needed. Liaise effectively with teaching and support staff regarding any lunchtime concerns or observations that need follow-up. We are looking for someone who: Is caring, active and friendly, with a warm and approachable manner Is enthusiastic and able to work proactively as part of a team. Is an effective communicator with a good standard of literacy and computer skills Is able to develop a positive relationship with pupils and staff Has experience working with children in a school setting (desirable but not essential).
