Job description

Allerton CE Primary School is looking to appoint a Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team in looking after our children during the lunchtime period. This is a one year contract working 8 hours per week - Tuesday - Friday 11:00 - 13:00. Lunchtime Supervisors aim to provide a safe environment for children to play and eat in line with school expectations. Other duties include: * Playing with the children and leading games on the playground. * Being actively part of our Family Service which includes serving and supervising children as they eat their lunch. * Setting up for lunch service and clearing away including tables and chairs. * Helping the children to resolve any issues that may arise. * To establish good working relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and being aware of and responding appropriately to individual needs * Ensuring the safety of the children and supporting with First Aid when required.
