Job description

Working under the direction of the Headteacher of School, you will be responsible for: Dining Hall Supervision: Assisting pupils with lunch routines, encouraging good table manners, and ensuring a clean and orderly eating environment. Playground Supervision: Actively supervising and engaging with children in the playground, leading games, and promoting positive play. Safety and Welfare: Monitoring pupil behaviour in line with school policies, ensuring pupil safety, and administering basic first aid (training can be provided). Wet Playtime: Supervising indoor activities and classrooms when the weather keeps us indoors. Meppershall Academy is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff to share this commitment. An enhanced DBS check will be required for the successful applicant
