Pastoral Leader Grade 4 36.5 Hours - Banked Hours The Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) is seeking to appoint a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Leader to join the Pastoral Team at Prince Albert High School . We are a growing MAT that currently consists of Prince Albert Primary School, Heathfield Primary School, Highfield J&I School, Birchfield Primary School, Sutton Park Primary School, Lakey Lane and PA High School. Candidate: Will be self-motivated, compassionate, and have strong leadership skills. Will be responsible for overseeing pastoral provision and early help to pupils and families. Will be the lead for whole school behaviour, attendance and safeguarding.
