About the role

About us We are a small school with a big heart and even bigger ambitions. At St Martin’s Church of England Primary Academy, we strive to create a special place where every child feels loved, valued, and supported. We learn about Jesus' teachings and how they can guide us to be kind to others, to help those in need, and to dream big dreams. Together, we create a community where everyone encourages and inspires one another to reach for the stars and become the best versions of themselves. About our Trust We are proud to be part of Infinity Academies Trust, a family of 20 schools in Lincolnshire. At Infinity, children are at the heart of everything we do. We strive every day to add value to our schools to enable them to be even better places for our children and young people to learn and grow. We are proud that our trust serves a wide number of different communities and is made up of different kinds of schools. It's this diversity and difference that gives us our strength and broadens our knowledge base of what works best for children.
