Deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching that secures strong progress, attainment, and positive behaviour for all pupils. Plan, differentiate, and assess effectively, using data and feedback to support individual needs and drive continuous improvement. Create a safe, respectful learning environment, modelling high standards of conduct and promoting pupils’ wellbeing and safeguarding at all times. Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external partners to support pupils’ development and contribute to the wider life of the school. Uphold professional standards, engage in ongoing development, and fulfil statutory duties in line with the Teachers’ Standards and school policies. Promote and safeguard the welfare of students, ensuring compliance with school policies and protocols. What are we looking for?
