Teaching Assistant The Wellington Academy Salary: NJC Grade D, £ 25,185 - £25989 (DOE) FTE Actual Salary: £21,662.49 - £22,354.04 (DOE) Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only 37 Hours Per Week Working Pattern, Mon - Thurs 8AM - 4PM and Fri 8AM - 3:30PM Closing date: Midnight 13th September 2026 Interview Date: WC 21st September 2026 Anticipated Start Date: November 2026 Job Overview We are looking for a passionate and committed Teaching Assistant who shares our belief in inclusive education and ensuring every student feels a strong sense of belonging.
