Behaviour Manager

Tulip Academy is an outstanding all age all need Special School. Our school is situated over two campuses: Tulip East Campus (Neville Avenue, Spalding) and Tulip West Campus (Pinchbeck Road, Spalding). Location: Primarily at Tulip West, with support at Tulip East as required Reports to: Behaviour Lead

Salary: TA2

Purpose of the Role The Behaviour Manager plays a key role in supporting the Behaviour Lead to maintain a calm, safe and positive learning environment across the school. The postholder will provide proactive and responsive behaviour support, working directly with pupils and staff to promote positive behaviour, reduce barriers to learning and ensure the consistent implementation of school expectations. The Behaviour Manager will champion restorative practice, support positive relationships across the school community and contribute to the effective use and ongoing development of the Behaviour Smart system. The role will be based primarily at Tulip East, with flexibility to provide support at Tulip West when required.
