As Deputy Safeguarding Lead, you will work alongside the Designated Safeguarding Lead to promote a strong culture of safeguarding and wellbeing across the school. We are looking for someone who is: Child-centered in their approach and committed to achieving the best outcomes for every pupil. Calm, caring and compassionate, with excellent listening and interpersonal skills. Able to build positive, trusting relationships with children, families and colleagues. Emotionally resilient and skilled at supporting pupils through challenges and change. Committed to upholding and modelling our school values in all aspects of their work. Experience with working with children and families and able to work effectively with external agencies.
