About the role

This role will support the smooth day-to-day running of school office. This is a varied and rewarding role requiring a confident, approachable and solution-focused individual who thrives in a busy environment. As the first point of contact for many of our families, visitors and staff, you will be at the heart of school life and make a significant contribution to our welcoming and supportive school community.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Is proactive, adaptable and professional, demonstrating initiative, discretion and attention to detail.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team and has experience of supporting administrative processes in a busy office environment.
  • Has strong IT skills and is confident using a range of administrative systems and software.
  • Shares our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. We can offer:
  • A warm, welcoming and inclusive school community with enthusiastic children and a supportive staff team.
  • Opportunities for professional development through the IMPACT Multi Academy Trust.
  • A varied and rewarding role at the centre of school life.
  • The chance to make a real difference in a thriving and successful school. We particularly welcome applicants from ethnic minority backgrounds. We recognise the vital contribution that members of a diverse team make to our pupils learning. The range of cultural experiences, differing viewpoints, and role models this brings is essential in our Trust and we recognise the gap that would be left in our offering without these.

Safeguarding Statement

Impact Multi Academy Trust are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Impact Multi Academy Trust ensure that all our recruitment and selection practices reflect this commitment.
