About the role

We are looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant who will provide a complimentary service to the work of teachers to support pupils in overcoming barriers to learning within and outside school and assist in raising aspirations. The ideal candidate must have previous experience supporting children who have behaviour difficulties. In this role, you will be required to support students on a one to one basis in class as well as with groups of learners. You will be focussed on providing learning support, ensuring that you are providing the best experience and care possible for the students.
