Managing applicants

Stages, notes and what the candidate can see.

Applications arrive in your applications inbox. Moving an application through stages records who moved it and when.

Internal notes stay internal. A candidate only ever sees the candidate-visible status, never your notes or your internal stage names.

Each stage change is recorded once, so moving one application forward does not send a candidate repeated updates. Candidates see a plain, candidate-safe description of where they stand — never your internal stage name, your notes or your scoring. Access to applications follows your role, so a member without applicant access simply does not see them.
