Posting a vacancy and what moderation checks

A new vacancy is checked before it goes live. If something needs changing we set the vacancy to 'changes required' and explain what to change; the vacancy status is always the authority on where it stands.

Editing and resubmitting is normal and does not count against you. A vacancy is only live when its status says live.

Give the closing date, contract type and salary information you actually hold: we never invent missing details, and a missing salary means the vacancy will not appear in salary-filtered searches. When a vacancy is approved, changed or closed, the people in your workspace who need to know see it in their notifications.
