Trust workspaces: ownership, school access and switching

A trust workspace shows three kinds of recruitment separately: vacancies the trust runs centrally, vacancies a trust member manages on behalf of a school, and vacancies a school runs itself. Keeping them apart means a trust total never silently absorbs a school's own hiring.

Access to a school inside a trust workspace comes from a scope granted to a member by a trust administrator. A public trust profile listing a school does not give anyone private access, and switching to a school in the workspace switcher does not create authority — it only moves you between schools you already have a scope for.

Where we do not hold a verified start date for a trust and school being linked, we say the date is not recorded rather than inventing one. That also means access is only ever based on the relationship as it is today, not a reconstructed history.
