Why a job is recommended to me
Recommendations come only from preferences you stated.
Every recommendation lists the reasons it matched, and each reason comes from something you stated in your preferences.
We do not score or rank candidates, and recommendations are never shared with an employer.
Recommendations use only the preferences you have stated — things like role, phase, location and how far you are willing to travel. If a recommendation looks wrong, changing those preferences changes the results straight away. We do not use your CV contents to rank you against other people, and no employer sees that a vacancy was recommended to you.
