This is a unique opportunity to join a setting that is transforming the lives of young people aged 5 to 16, providing tailored education pathways for students who have been referred by the Local Education Authority due to a range of social, emotional, behavioural and additional needs. The provision is built on a strong ethos of flexibility, creativity, and individualised learning. Every student receives a bespoke timetable designed around their needs, interests, and long-term outcomes, with a strong emphasis on engagement, trust-building, and personal development. A significant focus is placed on Physical Education, outdoor learning, and activity-based engagement, making this an especially exciting opportunity for individuals with a sports, coaching, or youth work background.
