Experience:

  • Experience of working with children and young people, either in a paid or voluntary capacity.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to build positive relationships with children and young people.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
  • Understanding of the importance of safeguarding and confidentiality.
  • Ability to use initiative whilst following guidance and procedures.
