Lunchtime Supervisor

The Governors are seeking to appoint a permanent Lunchtime Supervisor to join our friendly and dedicated team. We are looking for a responsible, caring and enthusiastic adult who will always have the health, safety and welfare of our children at the heart of everything they do. The successful candidate will be reliable, conscientious, honest and cheerful, with the ability to build positive relationships with children aged 4–11. Above all, we are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, while also being confident in using their own initiative.

The successful candidate will:

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Be organised, patient, calm, reliable and flexible.

Have an interest in creating enjoyable, engaging and productive play experiences.

Be able to support and participate in a range of games, activities and lunchtime experiences.

Work positively and effectively as part of a dedicated and motivated team.

Be committed to inclusion, equality and providing opportunities for all pupils.

Be able to maintain confidentiality regarding all school matters.

Demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic and ‘can-do’ attitude.

Hold, or be willing to undertake, appropriate First Aid training.
