be responsible for a designated area of the school be efficient and reliable be hardworking have experience of working with children have creative ideas for lunchtime games and activities be flexible, calm and nurturing be committed to the role and the wider school values be punctual and have a good attendance record enjoy being outdoors, in all weather Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
