SEND Support Assistant

Are you passionate about supporting young people with SEND to achieve their full potential? We are seeking an outstanding Lead SEND Practitioner to join our dedicated Inclusion team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving exceptional SEND provision, supporting students to overcome barriers to learning and thrive both both academically and personally. As a Lead SEND Practitioner, you will: Lead and develop high-quality provision for students with SEND. Line manage and support Learning Support Assistants (LSAs). Design and deliver effective intervention programmes for students with additional educational needs. Support teachers to deliver excellent classroom practice and inclusive learning experiences. Coach, mentor and inspire students to become confident, independent learners. Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for students

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Has experience working with children and young people with SEND. Has strong communication, organisational and leadership skills. Is passionate about inclusion and improving outcomes for vulnerable learners. Can build positive relationships with students, families and colleagues.
