Requirements • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification. • A passion for delivering high-quality, inclusive education to pupils with Special Educational Needs. • Experience supporting children with Autism, SEMH, ADHD, Speech and Language needs or other additional learning needs is desirable. • A caring, patient and adaptable approach to teaching. • Strong behaviour management and classroom management skills. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider school team. • Able to build positive, trusting relationships with pupils, families and colleagues. • Committed to helping every pupil reach their full potential in a supportive and inclusive environment.
