Agency candidates and where a record came from
Every candidate record states its lawful source.
Every candidate in an agency workspace records how it was obtained — an application to your vacancy, an accepted invitation, a direct registration or an approved import. A record with no lawful source is not accepted.
Candidate records are visible only to members of that agency workspace, and never to another agency, a school or a candidate's other workspaces.
Because the source is recorded on the record itself, you can always show why you hold someone's details, which matters when a candidate asks. A candidate can ask for a copy of their data or ask you to stop holding it, and that request is handled as a privacy matter. Importing a list with no lawful basis is not supported.
