Submissions, interviews, offers and placements

A submission takes a snapshot of what you sent a client, so later edits to a candidate record never rewrite history. Interviews, offers and placements hang off that submission.

Client feedback is recorded against the submission. Private client notes are never shown to a candidate and never appear in a notification.

Statuses move forward through the workflow rather than being edited freely, so the history of a submission stays trustworthy for both you and your client. If a client rejects a candidate, the reason is kept against that submission for your team only. Nothing in this workflow is visible to the candidate or to another agency.
