Exporting or deleting my data
Your privacy centre handles data export and account deletion.
You can request a copy of the data held about you, and you can delete your account, from your privacy centre. A data-rights request is handled as a privacy request, not as a support ticket, so it keeps its legal meaning.
If you send a support request that is really a data-rights request, we classify it as a privacy matter rather than answering it as general support.
An export includes the data you gave us and the records we hold about your activity, and deletion removes your account and the personal data attached to it. Where we must keep something — for example a record required to show a lawful basis — we say so rather than quietly retaining it. You do not need to explain why you are asking.
