Contribute positively to team meetings, training and continuous improvement within the nursery.About You Level 3 childcare qualification, or a willingness to work towards a recognised early years qualification. Previous experience working with children in a nursery, preschool or early years setting is desirable. A good understanding of the EYFS, child development and safeguarding responsibilities. A warm, patient and caring approach with children. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with families and colleagues. A flexible, reliable and team-focused attitude.
