Responsibilities • Providing one-to-one and small group support • Assisting students in the classroom and throughout the school day • Supporting behaviour management strategies • Encouraging engagement in learning activities • Building positive relationships with pupils and staff • Promoting independence, confidence and wellbeing What We're Looking For You don't need previous school experience to be successful in this role.
