Rainbow Forge Primary Academy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Teaching Assistant (Level 3) to join our supportive and forward-thinking team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant school where every child is valued and encouraged to achieve their full potential.

About the Role:

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Work closely with pupils to support both academic and social development.
• Recognise and respond to individual pupil needs to promote inclusion and engagement.
• Deliver and review learning activities for individuals and small groups under the guidance of a qualified teacher.
• Provide short-term class cover (including PPA), without responsibility for planning and assessment.
• Support the implementation of the National Curriculum and the school’s educational programmes.
• Encourage pupils to become independent learners and help raise achievement across the school. You will also play a vital role in promoting and safeguarding the welfare of pupils in line with school policies and statutory guidance.

• A committed and enthusiastic individual with relevant Level 3 qualifications.
• Experience of working with children in a primary setting.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
